Active Painting is a New Zealand painting business led by Wayne. This statement explains how we handle personal information when you visit this website or contact us about a painting project.

If you call or email us, we may receive your name, phone number, email address, property location, project details, preferred timing and anything else you choose to share. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not needed for your enquiry.

If you use the online enquiry form, we receive the details you enter and send them to Wayne by email so he can respond to your project enquiry. The website does not keep a separate copy of form submissions in WordPress; the email service may retain the message.

Why we use it

We use information you provide to respond to your enquiry, discuss the work, prepare or follow up a quote, arrange painting services and keep appropriate business records. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

Providing information for an enquiry is voluntary. We need a way to contact you and enough detail about the project to respond or prepare a useful quote. If you do not provide those details, we may be unable to respond or quote. You can choose to contact us by phone or email.
